Ontrack Realty Creative & Digital Support is an ongoing remote client engagement with Wendy Pannell of Ontrack Realty in Dallas, Texas. In this role, I provide a mix of creative production, marketing support, and technical operations work that helps her business maintain momentum across YouTube content, website management, lead capture workflows, and internal communication needs. The work spans strategy and execution, including thumbnail production, scripting support, AI-assisted image development, form and website administration, and automation troubleshooting for Wendy and her team.

Problem

The business needed reliable ongoing support across multiple connected areas that affect marketing visibility and day-to-day operations. That included producing strong visual assets for YouTube, supporting content development, maintaining website and form systems, and improving technical workflows behind the scenes. Rather than needing a single isolated deliverable, the client needed someone who could work remotely across creative, administrative, and technical tasks while coordinating directly with Wendy and her staff, especially her office manager.

Constraints

The work takes place inside an existing business environment with live systems already in use, including a Squarespace website, a third-party form platform, and Zapier automations that support communication and workflow. Because I did not originally build the site or form infrastructure, the role requires maintaining and improving inherited systems while avoiding disruption to active business operations. It also requires balancing creative quality with responsiveness, adapting to evolving priorities, and collaborating effectively across distance with a client team based in Dallas.

Approach

I support Ontrack Realty as an ongoing remote creative and digital partner rather than through a single standalone build. My approach combines direct creative execution with practical operations support. On the marketing side, I help develop YouTube topics, outlines, scripts, image concepts, and finished thumbnails designed to create marketable presentation assets and support lead generation. That includes using Photoshop, Canva, and AI tools such as Claude and Nano Banana LLM to shape image ideas, refine prompts, and produce visuals that match the intended message closely. On the technical side, I manage and troubleshoot website-related systems, maintain forms through Paperform and Squarespace integrations, and create or repair Zapier automations that improve workflow efficiency and communication. Because the work is ongoing and collaborative, interpersonal communication is a central part of the role: I work directly with Wendy and her team to translate evolving business needs into creative deliverables and practical technical fixes.

What I Built

• Manage and troubleshoot Zapier automations that support internal efficiency and client communication workflows.
• Maintain website-related content and operational support within Squarespace.
• Manage forms and related workflows through a third-party form platform integrated with the website, including Paperform.
• Coordinate directly with Wendy and her staff, especially her office manager, to keep creative and technical work aligned with active business needs.
• Support an ongoing long-distance client relationship through responsive communication, iterative problem solving, and dependable execution.

Outcome

The result is an ongoing support relationship that helps the business operate more smoothly across both marketing and internal workflow needs. On the creative side, the work produces polished thumbnail and content assets designed to improve presentation quality and support lead generation efforts. On the technical side, functioning automations, maintained forms, and active website support reduce friction for the team and improve how information moves through the business. The engagement also demonstrates the ability to contribute meaningfully as a remote partner across multiple disciplines, not just as a task-based contractor.
